I was in chatbot customer service with delta and they referred me to chat with a representative but i lowkey think that guy was just another chatbot also except this time they named him Darryl

imo what’s happening with delta chatbot which is very annoying is one guy is managing 20+ convos at once

more realistic is it's just an ai-assisted human e.g. they are just clicking and accepting suggested responses

Domino’s has a whole cast of them.  You get a different voice every time you call!  All AI
