Improving each time is why I like this hobby so much. You are using an iterative process to master the outcome. Kinda similar in human-centric design. π

It was also the first time the loaf touched the pot at the top while baking in the oven. I'm now trying to achieve the same loaf the next ten times and when I've mastered it, I'll try another flour, like spelt. π€πΌ

Look at those air bubbles! I haven't made a loaf in over a year but dearly miss that feeling of iterative improvement. Keeping a notebook of what you changed, what worked, what didn't, etc. I do the same for coffee practice, too. It is all very much led by design-thinking!
