Philips P-2000T (Netherlands, 1981) This was Philips's first home computer. Since Philips was already a TV manufacturer, they used a Teletext video chip. But this limited the computer's use for gaming, because an invisible text character was needed to change the color of subsequent characters. So between each color change in an image, there needed to be a blank character space Most of its software was created by home users, many of them employees at Philips. The software was shared by copying tapes, or through Viditel (the Dutch version of Teletext) Apparently there was a big club of users that existed until relatively recently. I couldn't find it, but I did find a forum thread of users that's still active
