GM ;) In one of my therapy sessions, I met my inner monster. I know he was there for a very long time but I was scared of it and for years, I tried to get rid of it. I thought to be happy is to destroy the monster inside. That's why I started therapy in the first place. But I realized how he protected me at times that I had no one. He was there to be my friend, and I didn't know. He is an untamed wild version of me that I love now. We are one, and we are safe.
