Hooked at the first sentence. :) We've had conversations related to this topic (thank you). I appreciate this notion of the venue, though I greet it with some resistance... I almost feel as if giving the ego an identity as any stakeholder (even paradoxically "itself") feels like relinquishing control...

...but yeah, relinquishing control is scary, but it's to see the ego *also* as a creative force despite its drawbacks. It's a strong driving force and it feels it's better to harness it than to ignore it.
