Robinhood is buying Canada's WonderFi for CA$250M ($178.56M) in cash. This move expands Robinhood into Canada's booming crypto market. WonderFi runs Bitbuy and Coinsquare, holding over CA$2.1B in assets. Shareholders get CA$0.36 per share in the deal.
