lately been pretty bullish on cbbtc / corn / other bitcoin based defi protocols / assets / chains.

While btc is a great store of value, i think btc sitting idle in cold wallets is not a good place , as compared to your btc being available as a primitive across the larger defi ecosystem allowing you to borrow / collateralize / against it.

can some of the nft degens explain to me how exactly /blur and @opensea are different from each other at this point?

Seems like they pretty much converged to the same product, with the primary difference being the user group thats most active. (traders vs collectors)
