If Trump and Netanyahu have obliterated Iran’s nuclear facilities and set the regimes program back by 2.5 years, what does he need a deal for now?

Have Trump and Netanyahu really destroyed Iran's nuclear facilities? After the US bombing, no video or picture materials were released. It feels that the US military is just going through the motions and does not really want to bomb. It feels that the ceasefire is temporary and both sides need to replenish military supplies. Netanyahu has no problem obtaining materials from the United States and will quickly bring replenishment. But Iran is a bit troublesome. If it accepts the ceasefire in this way and betrays its friends such as China, Russia and Pakistan who support it, who else is willing to help him?
