re: Base being an app.

The reason that I bet all our building on Base from the moment it was announced is that it's at the intersection of the two critical things:

1. Onchain-first principles (ETH)
2. Consumer-first delivery (Coinbase)

A Base app is the product manifestation of this vision.

Massive opportunity.
