Normally Chrome extensions are compatible with all Chromium Browser (Brave, Edge, Opera, etc...). At least that's what I found out when I made one

Yes, that's what I've seen too. Basically all of them use chrome’s web store. Just need to check if it also works for custom extensions via GitHub — maybe it will, the question is how. I'll check later today when I'm at my desk.

Yep, I made an extension distributed via GitHub and works on all chromium based web browser and this seems to be the same (tested on Brave and Edge)
