Things I don’t do as a gym girl 😮💨🫱🏽🫲🏽 – Work out on an empty stomach (I love myself too much) – Hit the gym in a wig, tbh I’d rather look homeless than risk it sliding off mid-set 😭 – Wear a full face beat to sweat??? Be frr – Count calories or stress over macros (I eat what fuels me, not what a calculator says & it works) – Pressure myself over gym gym fits cause of “aesthetics” … naaah Part 2?
