ok this might be the most useful 90 seconds of DAO advice i've heard in a while
so most orgs do voting right, someone proposes something, people vote yes or no, and whoever loses just... loses
this guy breaks down a completely different way to do it. instead of voting yes/no, you ask "does anyone have an objection" and if the objection is real, you either fix the proposal or shrink it down so you can test it safely first
nobody walks away feeling like they lost, the concern just gets built into the plan
feels so obvious once you hear it but i've never seen anyone explain it this clean
