Dunno if Michelin stars are a great metric. 1. They only exist in some regions, eg Toronto just got inclusion this year (after dropping the customary onboarding bribe etc) 2. In many regions like SF, it's more of a honeypot for wealthy people rather than people who just love good food/value. :)
