Isolated to what? If $TRUMP is congested, that means there's a bunch of users who are experiencing exuberant fees, certainly higher than they would expect from "median fee" metric you're always pointing to, right? By your original criticism, Solana is down for those users.
Now if we're concerned about "other usecases not getting impacted" then "moving that market to L2s or zkps" sounds like a good idea right?
