This would have a huge impact on reducing some of the externality costs that a frontend with a superior spam filter could also be responsible with onboarding most spammers, almost a kind of attack that can happen by accident: exacerbating the problem to push everyone to a specific frontend.
But could also be a single point of failure for censorship resistance.
