Tether enters gold mining. The company announced the purchase of 31.9% of shares (78,421,780 shares) of the Canadian gold mining company Elemental. An option agreement was also signed with AlphaStream Limited to acquire another 34,444,580 shares after October 29, 2025, subject to Elemental's approval.
