🍯Sticky Friday 

This is Som Lim, a traditional Thai fruit preserve often made from mango 🥭 , is defined by its delightful stickiness. This isn't just a casual adherence; it's a satisfying cling that's integral to the experience. When you bite in, you're met with a texture that's soft, chewy, and incredibly sticky. 

This signature stickiness comes from the cooked-down sugar and natural fruit pectin, creating a dense, candy-like consistency. It adheres wonderfully to your fingers, making it a delightfully tactile snack. While a bit messy, the sticky texture perfectly complements its intense sweet and sour flavor, making the effort well worth it. 😋
