It turned out like a steamed bun. All the efforts of a whole night were in vain🥹. After many years, I challenged myself to make bagels again. At least I didn't make them into hard bricks, so there is still some progress. The matcha cream cheese filling is really delicious. I guess I just made matcha-stuffed steamed buns after working on it for a whole night... 💔
