I'll keep driving this point home: we abused imaging tech to make terrible packaging for 25 years.
THAT is why the old packages are (usually) better. Compare ivc E-180 blank cassette with Maxell CD-RW
Why is there beveling, strokes, AND shadows on all the text? Why is there perspective on the circle and gold gradients? Did we need a blurred photo to overlay that all on top of?
