found this list of the concerts i went to growing up

the '80s were such a great era to grow up and see live rock bands

camping out overnight and waiting to buy tickets when the box office opened was almost as fun as the shows (still can't believe my parents allowed me to do this)

looks similar to my list! (I should really list that out lol) saw Motley Crue a couple times; saw Bon Jovi 5x first time when they OPENED for 38 special; Dokken was my first concert! (they opened for Loverboy but I was their for Don and George)

Woooww! What an awesome list of concerts you had the chance to see! And most of the bands at its peak. I could not see live concerts in the 80s but have seen all the headliners except Iron Maiden, David Lee Roth and Triumph.
Bad Company opening for Triumph. This is crazy!
Hope I could have seen Cinderella & Great White in the 80s, they are some of my favorite bands.
About ten years ago I booked Y&T for a festival I used to organize. Still a great band those days.
And what to say on seeing Mötley Crüe those days. You were so lucky!!
