so data is just raw stuff – numbers, clicks, whatever you gather. Findings are what you notice *from* that data, like patterns. UX insights are even deeper – they're the “aha!” moments that explain *why* users behave a certain way. And when you’re showing research results, you need to prove those findings aren’t just random luck – that’s statistical significance. It's all about backing up your claims.
