As our posts are not visible to the team, posting here is the only way we can get our message across to them "Many users are not actually spam or have already been cleared from spam status, but due to the system not being updated, they are still being treated as spam. As a result, they are being excluded from all forms of rewards within the Farcaster ecosystem." and posts are not visible to anyone except followers, these users are effectively disappearing from the farcaster. Currently, there seems to be no way to contact the team emails go unanswered, and DMs can only be sent by followers. As the posts highlighting this issue are not visible to the team, it seems they are entirely unaware of the situation. We respectfully urge the team to investigate and address it promptly.
