Solana announced cooperation with the stock exchange of Kazakhstan. Representatives of the structures stated that the purpose of cooperation is to develop a mechanism of dual listing for companies going for initial public offering (IPO). Companies will be able to conduct IPO on the Astana Stock Exchange, operating in accordance with English law. At the same time, they will be able to issue tokenized shares through the Intebix platform. These digital assets will run on the Solana blockchain, and Jupiter will provide decentralized finance tools (DeFi).
