i’ve been building a coffee dessert brand and Saturday is the reveal for… THE coconut lemonade parfait! coffee banana bread, coffee jelly, and an espresso syrup, all built on coffee that’s been cofermented with coconut and lemon, so the beans themselves taste like coconut lemonade. it’s vegan, and it doesn’t taste like a compromise. serving it Saturday 12 to 3, at principles BK in Brooklyn. around nyc this weekend? come thru and judge for yourself, first come first serve.
