School beetroot put me off the stuff for a very, very long time, and it is #RecipeOfTheDay – Raw Beetroot, Dill and Mustard Seed Salad – that taught me to love it! It’s also great, instead, with a mix of fresh mint and coriander/ cilantro

I think MY problem was, back then, was we only ever saw beetroot pickled, out of a jar Quite enjoy it these days when I can enjoy it simply boiled or even better roast
