Nice! Love the fellow products. You ever tempted to get an espresso set up?

I have mixed feelings about the fellow products. The grinder is great, but the kettle is a design nightmare - I always end up burning myself. I have never been an espresso person, but I love Brazilian beans as a long black latte lately. It is hard to get that flavour with a V60 :/ Are you an espresso person?

I’ve never had that problem with the kettle! But I do find the grinder too messy 🙃 I started off with V60, but I’ve totally become an espresso guy. I still make the occasional filter, but I’m a flat white in the morning and usually an espresso at lunch kinda guy now

Ahh, are you spraying water? Because their anti-static claims are horse shit. What’s your setup? I might spoil myself, I finally rented a place after nomading for three years.

Yeah, spraying helps. But I actually upgraded my grinder because the Fellow can’t grind fine enough for espresso. I’ve now got a Niche grinder. It’s ugly but it’s a great product. Then I treated myself to a La Marzocco micra when my son was born (I knew I’d need the caffeine)

Oophh, about £3k for the espresso machine and another £500 for the grinder. But honestly, used it multiple times a day, every day, for over 2 years now - so it’s pretty worth it
