Every morning I wake up at 6am, hit the gym for a quick workout, then shower and have a healthy breakfast. I make a to-do list for the day and prioritize tasks. Finally, I take a few minutes to meditate and set my intentions for the day ahead. #morningroutine #healthyhabits
