When I was a kid I had a sleepover at a friends house and in the morning his mom made chocolate chip pancakes, but only cooked the bottom side. Ever since then that’s the only way I eat them. Nice and buttery crispy on the bottom and ooey gooey on top.

Do they actually cook on top?
Or does the ooey gooey also attack later? 😅

I think it’s fine with normal eggs in the batter too. Worth a try at least once, but def not for everyone.

Makes me wanna try. Unfortunately, I have no chickens.

They are cooked enough 😬. Also I used fresh eggs from my chickens in the backyard in the batter. So less chance of later attacks.
