Each Friday, we ship to improve our product. Today we're focused on one of our most important product surfaces: support.

In the coming months, we'll be experimenting with new ways to drive deeper developer love. Here's what to expect 👇

4/ Throughout Q2, a core Privy goal is to experiment with our support stack so we can retool as we grow, including:

1️⃣ More starter repos and recipes
2️⃣ Improving error handling (and how it's documented)
3️⃣ Better integrations with AI tooling

This work will be iterative

3/ Great DevEx isn't just a layer on top of the product. It is the product.

With 4,000+ devs in our Slack, 3,000 making API calls, and 1,000+ in prod, the ways we've supported devs since launch are being put to the test.

Some are scaling beautifully, others are not.
