Our priorities this week

1. Fix biggest user-reported paint points — bugs, video, spam labels

2. Make onboarding easier — bug fixes and early work on a new invite / referral system

3. Improve wallet — swap and NFT reliability

4. Improve miniapps — manifest tool, domain changes, better discovery, better docs

5. Starting work on a new idea (will take some time)

Holding pattern. No clear consensus on what channel owners are willing to trade off.

What would be the options? tbh feels like channels had potential but was never fully realized.

I understand how it's not a great lever for growth ROI so far, so makes sense to not -waste- time on it unless a clear goal on what to i guess..

I actually think channels could be great for growth. Why not ask new users what their interests are upon signup, and then suggest channels for them to follow / join as member based on their interests?

My wife is into fashion but would've never known about /firefits if @afrochicks hadn't told her about it

New users need help finding their communities or else we continue to see the complaint that they only see crypto- and farcaster-centric content
