long story of why i’m not insecure, just shy and pretty sure everyone doesn’t actually like me, they just feel some kind of pity for me, ok the last part sounded far fetched, and all of it is insecurity. I also believe in things like if you dig on yourself too much, you reach a point sooner than you should where it’s like “well I peaked” and no progress from challenging your regular process bc “it’s perfect” *slicks hate back abs it falls ba c hm iincrint^
