Trying on green tea instead of coffee in the morning, as I get the jitters from coffee a bit too easily. Not giving up on coffee but it's fun to explore! Sorry it's not matcha lol, one of my gcs got me on jasmine pearls to kick things off. So far I'm enjoying the lovely fragrance, the flavor which reminds me of herbal more so than green tea.. that said it might take a few attempts to get the ratios right for caffeine intake. Where are teaheads posting? What's your favorite caffeinated tea? what's your favorite herbal? Pearls and my favorite herbal below. (Vanilla emulates sweetness so well.)

Here's some notes I took on tea, have been following the prescribe intake closely and it's been great. I personally most love oolong as well as genmaicha (green tea with roasted rice), both are bold yet very nourishing to the soul. /tea and /ito-en are good places to post! https://warpcast.com/sdv.eth/0x314a2364

Aaah tyty! I think I'd read this previously but wasn't actively experimenting at the time so mostly passed it over. That said, I think the L-theanine note might have stuck and lead me in this direction! Will think about how this info might best apply to my broken sleep schedule; Black tea might be a better initial approach to avoid unexpectedly extending my days further into the night until I've created better structure.
