Excited this channel exists now! To start off, what routines/habits do you have that most help you with your wellness/mental health? For me, I make sure to take at least a 10 minute walk outside every day, no matter how chaotic things get. Noticed it's made a huge improvement

Writing in a journal has been huge for me. It can be once a day to once a quarter, from three bullet points to detailed logs of my day. It's a nice way to time travel into the past and see how much (and how little) things change!
