Which one? I checked both xxyyzz and based colors and both return base64 svg from the contract

time for me to get schooled, i was comparing it to my contract here https://opensea.io/assets/ethereum/0xdbdb9a9238d2bdbc6b53be521052060797ce734b/2 and I thought this is 'onchain' 🫠

Not sure I follow, all three examples seem onchain? The difference is yours isn’t base64 encoded. Which iirc was previously done for better compatibility with marketplaces. Not sure if it’s still helpful or not.
