How does Scout Game prevent PR spam?

Scout Game automatically detects REJECTED Pull Requests from Developers.
- Each rejected Pull Request is treated as an abuse report.
- Qualified GitHub repo owners may report abuse in Scout Game.
- Scout Game core team may also report abuse.

Developers receiving 3 abuse reports will be suspended from the Scout Game and unable to score DEV tokens

A suspended Developer may appeal to rejoin the Scout Game. We realize there are many legitimate reasons for a PR to get closed too!
