Here is an example of how we could use a /splits contract to reward a Revenue Chair at /purple

Setup a Waterfall to split the proceeds from the daily auction w the following tiers:
- Tier 1: The 3-month average auction price to treasury 
- Tier 2: 10% of the average to the Revenue Chair
- Tier 3: Remaining to treasury

Doesn't seem like we can only compensate the chair for the *increase* in price with this setup?

No, maybe I wasn't clear enough. 

In this scenario, Purple would receive the first tranche of any daily auction, equal to 100% of the 3-month average price

If there are funds left over, the remaining ETH would be split between the Revenue Chair and the treasury

So if the increase doesn't manifest we're at risk of giving 10% of the treasury over the epoch?

That doesn't sound like no downsides for /purple
