It depends. Cold plunging, like everything else, is a tool. Sometimes the tool is multifunctional, but it’s worth depends on the intersection between your reason for using, and time/financial commitment. Some people pay hundreds for cold tub, or to go somewhere. I used to pay $7 to put 30lbs of ice in my tub. 🛁
