HOW TO MAKE MOI-MOI (BEANS PUDDING 🍮) WITH BEANS FLOUR.

1. Measure the quantity of flour for your preferred serving.

2 - 5. Add ALL DRY INGREDIENTS OF YOUR CHOICE (SEASONINGS IMPORTANTLY).

6. Mix all till even.

7 - 8. Add water gradually to make THICK paste.

9. Add your choices oil (most preferably PALM OIL).

10. MIX WELL TILL EVEN.

11. MAKE BATCHES INTO NYLONS OR ANY COOKWARE OF YOU CHOICE.

12. COOK....(Steam, Boil, Bake etc).
