could probably try a timelapse ; its not very diff from how I use claude code but requires even less prompting; its very smart creates own feedback loop with very less context (something I noticed on day 1 with sonnet 4 in windsurf, been nerfed since then)

I use GitHub desktop as well 

Found zed agent to be smarter and I can use any provider/model/byok and even open router key (unlike cursor and windsurf) out of the box

Time to launch/load and time to close is so fast on zed that i cant go back to vscode forks again


No doubt great as editor as well ( i used to use pre-cursor blew up)


Claude code is decent, but works in shadows doesnt show much while it does stuff

is it? i just like the editor. I feel like it. It’s not really a competition because most people who like claude code like it for its multi agent capabilities.

I use the GitHub desktop and now Gitbutler for commits, and many people still prefer the command line. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I’m just a visual person. To me most APIs r built after the design/product/feature is identified.

Haven’t used Claude because I got hooked on Zed from when it was invite only.
