No. A lot of my batch mates were older, second time founders. Most people doing well from my batch in fact were on the older side.

np! I think it boils down to: having execution experience. Learning distribution rules everything in their 20's. mental freedom unlocked in 30's. You know yourself at that point. That's not to say 20 year olds can't do this, but being older isn't exactly a disadvantage. The main disadvantage is kids, mortgages, etc. that give you more to worry about when taking startup risk.
