So last week I took quite a lot of photos at Coney Island's (Brooklyn NYC) annual Mermaids Parade and I'm considering taking a dozen or so of the best ones and creating a "Mermaids Parade" NFT collection. Here is 1 sample picture. I have many that spotlight groups and individuals actually posing directly into the 📸

a lot going on in that image, and it's actually really neat... Very different from my local offerings, so others can live vicariously through imagery... I often am surprised we have tourists here, because it often feels boring and I take it for granted, but I guess everywhere is exotic to someone somewhere else...

I'm curious. Where is it that you are surprised you get tourists? New York is just jam packed with parades and festivals. Can't escape it. I think we all kind of get used to where we are. There's times I find new york boring which is kind of impossible 😆 🤣 but sometimes I'd like to just go for a walk in the hills

I'm in South Texas, Corpus Christi... The armpit of Texas. I guess just growing up here and always having been here I take it for granted. We have the beach, and palm trees, our most recent draw / attraction was the latina singer Selena was from here. On the coast we have a continuous breeze but also high humidity!

Ohh that's pretty cool. Ive got a friend down in San Antonio, not sure how close that would be. I remember Selena, she was so talented. terrible what happened to her. I think your area also has a few big names in wrestling. Isn't Steve Austin from around those parts?
