Am I the only person that didn’t love Dune?

I thought it was paced like a snail and I have never cared for part 1 / 2 etc. in movies.

I have nothing against the runtime, I love Interstellar and that’s basically 3 hours.

Interesting! If I have have 3 hrs alone I’ll watch the Dune remaster for AVP hah. I’ve heard 2 is good but I can’t do it without watching the first one again.

Huge fan of the book. The beginning of part 1 was great but yeah it sure lagged and I was stunned at how “to be continued” the ending of 1 felt. 

Part 2 was sooo well done and great from start to finish.

I’ve only seen part 1 and feel similarly. 

Didn’t find the story compelling enough for the pace of the movie and didn’t care for the slow motion sequences. 

It’s weird to say because I do like the overall premise and the cinematography is incredible. I’m still gonna watch part 2
