I had a serious back pain way before i started gym, sometimes it would just seize and i would have to squat for a while. How did i survive it? I started pushing weights, pullups helped a lot, when i do deadlifts though, i would feel that pain for over 2 weeks straight, but it’s not bad, imma just keep lifting.

Oh, I was like that too. Sometimes I would complain about back pain for weeks, but I have to say that the hip bridge movement saved me.
