going forward, @base will raise its gas target 1 Mgas/s every week

Will you also increase gas at random along with this increase because of Base’s exponential growth? 

Because if this increase in gas is set in stone, wouldn’t that be limiting the growth of Base?

This is contradictory to the word on the CT street which is that L2s are intentionally capping the max gas limit to rake in profits.

ah yeah. we are starting with 1 MGas/s per week, then once we build confidence we can do that, we will go to 2 Mgas/s/week then 4 etc etc

A linear increase in Mgas/s every week doesn’t account for exponential growth in user base and transaction volumes. How do you guys plan to account for potential(more like destined) exponential growth?

I'm not sure I understand the question. we have no plans to change gas prices!
