Introduce you are thinking show the differences between web2 and 3? 

Toolkit is the same, some tools are used more and less but that is based mostly only the audience and what they want - direct financial utility and incentives demand drives points, airdrops, quests e.g. loyalty programs more. 

Is this the direction you were thinking or something else?

yeah that makes sense actually. i remember being very helped by the blockworks newsletter when i was new in this space. thanks for the input, will hit you up if i have some more questions if that's okay.

Understand the current crypto consumer, if not from trade-fi get some basic understanding on retail finance and trading market. Practically this is probably via online social platforms, attending events locally, reading crypto native newsletters. E.g. I found Milk Road quite helpful initially for this. 

Most companies are playing to attract users in this small addressable market today. If they get real world use cases and growing those already, the above is probably what they are missing that is different.

yeah, mostly riffing off a discussion i had last week about the differences between web3 and web2 ux practices (in a nutshell: people are the same and psychology doesn't change even if tech stack does). so i was wondering if it's largely the same for growth.

but also thinking a bit more practically, like if i had a growth person looking to get their first web3 job, what do i ask them to do practically speaking?
