I did one week no caffeine last week. Amongst other variables this led me to needing to sleep for 30min each afternoon, crazy conditioning caffeine can have. How long do you think it takes to fully eradicate and find news sources of energy and focus in the day?

As for the duration of withdrawal effects I鈥檓 not sure. But I鈥檇 say you鈥檝e done the hard work and can only get better

Best decision imo that relieves a lot of pressure from your nervous system Stick to it!!
