an extremely underrated part of /farcaster is the feedback loop, and connection from founders to consumers through channels. seeing posts like this are so motivating and helpful for founders. not only does it help share your product, but it's incredible way to get direct feedback (good or bad). shortening the feedback loop is one of the most important factors for shipping and iterating quickly on a product, and no place does it better than farcaster

At what scale do you offer a support/help function? I’d be interested to get your thoughts @chuckstock? It is certainly great for initial sounding board audiences, lot of people willing to try and share feedback is excellent to get moving

we offer support/help from the day we launch the project. we have a discord server to manage all the tickets. but i think it's really important for founders to run customer support for as long as possible. it's one the best ways to hear directly from users and get feedback.
