i’m reassessing sincerity in my life.

📖 been reading “The Diamond Cutter” by Michael Roach. 

found a question there — what is sincerity? 

simple answer — sincerity is congruence between how you perceive something and the image you construct when expressing that perception. 

this definition made me start a practice of paying close attention to my feelings getting shaped into thoughts, then into words — what? how? why? 

so, now i am constantly asking myself:

> does what i say truly reflect what i think?
> do my actions align with what i say?
> do i say what i feel when i want to say it? 

no more distractions, no more empty words just to fill space or keep peace.
