I had no idea it was so easy to make a taro slush. I’ve paying $7-9 in boba shops for years. 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder with 1 cup of water (replaces milk) 2 cups of ice 3~tablespoons of taro powder (increase/decrease depending on how strong you like the taro flavor) Optional- condensed milk (1/2 tablespoon)

I plank to songs instead of timers — today it was ANTIFRAGILE by LE SSERAFIM. Every time I drop, I pause the track. When I’m back up, I hit play and keep going til the song ends.
