there's nothing like being on a small startup team with a huge vision 6-hour rebrand sprint today. Solving, refining, obsessing, and having fun with my favorite people. Wouldn’t trade it for anything. it's an energy you only get when you’re in the trenches with a small team.

Startup small teams are 🐐ed I’ve never done corporate gigs outside of contract work but I know myself well enough to know that I’m a tire not a cog. 🛞 > ⚙️

Yeah, rather have a big impact on a small team than a small impact within a big team. You learn more and move faster. Wouldn’t be into cutting edge tech if I was 5 layers deep in a corporate hierarchy.
